We are in the process of developing and launching a global, collaborative classrooms project called Food and Culture. It has ideas for a multitude of curriculum projects based on various Issues and Themes we have extrapolated from the overall theme. These issues and themes are examples of authentic 21st century curriculum. They are real world, important issues ranging from Childhood Obesity and Diet Related Illnesses to Gardening, Sustainability, Nutrition, Family, School Lunch Programs, Climate Change, and many more.
